Most builders reach for a finish at the end of a project. We establish the elevation vocabulary at the beginning — as a curated decision that determines how the property reads from the street, from the road, and in memory.
That decision governs everything downstream: material procurement, joint detailing, proportion, and how the surface behaves in morning light versus dusk.
